10. Governing Law/Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable Canadian federal laws. By accessing this Website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec, judicial district of Montreal, in all disputes arising out of such access or use.
11. General Terms

11. 4. ​The provisions of these Terms are for the benefit of React Gaming, its affiliates, successors and assigns and for the benefit of you and your heirs, executors, administrators, successors, permitted assigns and personal representatives and are binding on each of them.
